With over 22 years of Courtroom experience, Maureen Currie provides the security and strength of representation of experienced counsel.  Prior to opening her own firm in 2005, she worked with the preeminent lawyer Earl Cherniak at Lerners LLP in both Toronto and London for 16 years and was a partner with that firm for over 10 years. She has represented multi-million dollar corporations, insurance companies, and people who have never before thought they needed a lawyer. She prides herself on providing the same level of care, attention and expertise to anyone facing legal issues who wants strength and experience on their side.

At Currie Law we recognize that you work hard for your money and should not have to spend it unnecessarily on lawyer's fees. Many matters are appropriately resolved outside of the courtroom through aggressive negotiation techniques, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. But when it is necessary to take a case through to trial, we have the experience to do just that.
